NAME: Sparkling Elegance
FILLING: Three square tier cake. The top
tier is a layers of our decadent chocolate
cake filled with layers of dark chocolate
ganache, fresh raspberries, and chocolate
butter cream. For the bottom tiers
there are two layers of moist rum cake
filled with layers of fresh raspberries in
raspberry mousse, and fresh blackberries
in St. Honore cream
ICING: Fondant
DESIGN: Crystal beading detailing each
layer with scattered beading on each
layer. Large bow cascading with a crystal
broach.
