from My Grooms Room is an expert in menswear and tells us
how important it is to find a suit in which the groom will feel
comfortable and handsome on his wedding day. Keep in mind
that comfort is very important when selecting your suit.

Sebastian emphasizes that the attire chosen for a groom

should be evocative of his personality, but at the same time "if
there's one night to go all out, it's [his] wedding! Don't hold back,
all in good taste. The bride will be the best-dressed woman, so
he needs to be the best dressed guy!" This is why it is so im-
portant for both the bride and groom to set time to meet with an
expert in menswear.

My Grooms Room had the honor of servicing Carlos Leon

for his nuptials to the very lovely Jenae Avila for their spring
wedding. Sebastian describes spring in Miami as a tropical
paradise. The temperature is in the mid 70's with no rain in sight;
it made for the perfect setting for Carlos and Jenae's casual el-
egant wedding style.

Jenae wanted Carlos and his groomsmen to complement her

bridesmaids' dresses and the overall color scheme of the wed-
ding. Since it was an afternoon wedding, the ladies wore short
dresses rather than formal full-length dresses. The color palette
for the bridesmaids was eggplant plum. Sebastian had a color
swatch of the bridesmaids' dresses to match the groomsmen's
bowties. The fabric chosen for these custom suits was a big
component in designing the suit. For spring weddings in Miami,
Sebastian suggested a light, tropical wool fabric with a blend of
silk to give the suit a sheen of elegance.

Sebastian worked closely with Carlos and Jenae on the fab-

ric selections and colors. For Carlos' suit, charcoal with a touch
of blue was the winning hue. The shirt was a blend of Egyp-
tian cotton, with a finishing touch of a white skinny tie. As for his
groomsmen, they wore a light gray suit with eggplant bowties
to match the bridesmaids' dresses. Everything made for a per-
fectly cohesive design and overall look.

After Carlos and his groomsmen were taken care of, Jenae

decided that she wanted a custom suit for her father. As the Fa-
ther of the Bride, it was important that he stood out. After meet-
ing Mr. Avila, Sebastian had a semi-formal custom black suit

designed for him. He needed to shine when walking down the
aisle with his daughter.

Carlos and Jenae were very pleased with their experience at

My Grooms Room. "Sebastian did a wonderful job! He was re-
ally helpful and gave us insight and direction as to how everyone
should look and be dressed for our wedding," said Carlos. The
couple is very thankful for all that Sebastian and his staff did for
their wedding. It was an amazing and very positive experience
during their planning process.
