Inspired & Styled
It
seems these days that websites,
blogs, magazines and even Pinterest are
flooded with what the wedding industry
calls "style shoots". Have you ever won-
dered what their purpose is? Is it wedding
vendors simply playing dress-up? Quite
the opposite! Style shoots are a phenom-
enal way for vendors to showcase their
style and skill to potential brides as well
as a way to showcase industry trends and
think outside the box.
As a bride you know you are constant-

and there's no better way than through
photography. Style shoots are just another
way for brides to develop ideas on how to
create their personal wedding day look.
Style shoots are important for brides
because it allows you to visualize the cur-

wedding day. You can see various color
palettes and design concepts used to
help you create your own design vision.

vendors create a concept. Whether it is
"Vintage Glam" or "Modern Elegance"
once the concept is created, the fun part
of designing the shoot begins. They be-

tables to models.
Every style shoot is different because
there are always various elements being
put to use. Some vendors choose to use
one venue to showcase the various ways
in which you could design the space for
your wedding. By switching up flowers,
gown, rentals/props, paper goods, food
(just to name a few) you all of a sudden
have a completely different wedding!

dors think very carefully in transforming
their vision into real life. They love creat-
